Founded in 1999 by Late Mr. Sudhakar, Karthika Wood Industries & Sawmill began as a humble venture driven by hard work, determination, and a deep passion for timber. Over the years, it grew into one of South India’s respected names in timber imports and wood processing, built on consistent quality and dedication.

Guided by the values of trust, integrity, and strong relationships, Mr. Sudhakar focused on sourcing and supplying premium timber while meeting the evolving needs of customers across the region. His reliability and customer-first approach helped build long-term partnerships that became the backbone of the company’s success.

In time, he became recognized as one of South India’s leading importers of timber logs, bringing in high-quality wood from around the world and supplying clients throughout India. His expertise, industry insight, and commitment to excellence earned the respect of customers, suppliers, and peers alike.

More than building a business, Mr. Sudhakar built a legacy of craftsmanship, professionalism, and long-term vision.

Today, that legacy continues through his son, Mr. Abishek Kumaran Sudhakar, who proudly upholds the same values and principles that have guided the company since its beginning.

With over 25 years of experience, Karthika Wood Industries & Sawmill now offers complete timber solutions—from imported logs and raw materials to processed timber, custom furniture, woodcrafts, interior woodwork, and finished wooden products. Serving projects of all sizes, the company remains committed to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What began as a modest dream in 1999 has grown into a trusted name in the timber industry—a legacy of trust, resilience, and excellence that continues to shape the future.
